The Advanced Buildings Benchmark provides a step-by-step protocol for designing and actualizing high-performance, sustainable buildings. It is focused on improving the performance of smaller buildings where it is sometimes difficult to cost-effectively provide the in-depth modeling services that are often provided for large facilities. DMI has extensive experience with this program and can provide guidance and analysis during its application.
