DMI would like to congratulate Maddy on becoming a licensed Professional Engineer. In October, Maddy took the Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) exam in the Mechanical: HVAC and Refrigeration concentration. The exam is administered by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) and is the last step in the process of becoming a licensed P.E. The exam and certification is designed for engineers who have had at least four years of experience, post-college in the mechanical HVAC discipline.
We are now proud to have six Professional Engineers at DMI. On behalf of everyone, congratulations Maddy on your hard work and achievement!
At DMI, we realize that having a competitive advantage is about more than just price. That’s why we strive to provide quality, in-depth engineering for our clients.

While many people who are familiar with DMI know that the acronym stands for Demand Management Institute, we also are occasionally asked about Second Law Engineers. This FAQ page should help clear up any confusion.
